ABOUT Mekyla

Born to Chinese and South African parents and raised across three continents, Mekyla Li embodies global awareness and unity. Now studying Psychology at the University of London, she pairs intellect with compassion to uplift communities across cultures. She’s attended United Nations conferences and aspires to serve there someday—advocating for cooperation, peace, and women’s wellbeing. Elegant, articulate, and globally minded, Mekyla is building a platform that turns cultural diversity into everyday connection.

Crowned Winner

In November 2025, Mekyla Li was crowned Miss Asia USA 2025, a pageant honoring women of Asian heritage for their leadership, intelligence, and community impact.

As the new titleholder, she represents the spirit of unity in diversity — representing her heritage with pride while advocating for inclusion, education, and global sisterhood. Her reign marks a year of growth, visibility, and service, using her platform to amplify cross-cultural understanding and empower women through education, wellness, and mentorship.
