ABOUT Mekyla
Born to Chinese and South African parents and raised across three continents, Mekyla Li embodies global awareness and unity. Now studying Psychology at the University of London, she pairs intellect with compassion to uplift communities across cultures. She’s attended United Nations conferences and aspires to serve there someday—advocating for cooperation, peace, and women’s wellbeing. Elegant, articulate, and globally minded, Mekyla is building a platform that turns cultural diversity into everyday connection.

What is miss asia usa?
Miss Asia USA is a cultural-celebration pageant designed to empower women of Asian heritage through leadership, intellect, and grace. Held under the banner of unity in diversity, it rewards contestants not only for outer beauty, but for their poise, confidence, communication skills, and dedication to community.
As a titleholder, one becomes an ambassador — representing ancestral roots, embracing modern achievement, and connecting with diverse communities across the United States. The programme is rooted in a strong ethical standard: contestants must show intelligence, dedication, and integrity. The goal is to provide a year of opportunity, growth and visibility for the winner, as well as empower all participants with new networks, confidence and roles of influence.
